Our Process

Rely on the professionals of Arrow Floor Covering, Inc., to walk you through each step of the new flooring process. From selecting your new floor covering to the final installation, we are here for you. During your initial consultation, we will discuss what you want, showing you possible options and samples from our showroom. Using our product knowledge and expertise, we will assist you in selecting products that will complement your decor and lifestyle. We then schedule a time for our estimator to measure your home or office.

 

After our estimator has reviewed the room and current flooring, we will discuss all the options with you, make recommendations, and help you make a decision that fulfills all your needs. Once you make a decision, we will provide you with a typed estimate and contract. A deposit is required upon signing of the contract, and the flooring materials will generally arrive in 1 to 2 weeks.
  
Once we receive the floor covering, we will have our experienced installers come out to your home or office and complete the installation process, which carries a lifetime warranty. Additionally, we will remove all debris and old flooring materials. Only upon your approval of the work will we collect the final billing.
